Follow these five steps to join UF Innovate | The Hub

Thank you for your interest in UF Innovate | The Hub! Our application process is straightforward but thorough, as we want to ensure that every company joining the Hub can fully benefit from our services. Please follow these five steps:

  1. Review the Client Benefits.
  2. Review the Resident Client Requirements.
  3. Contact us with any questions you may have.
  4. Fill out the online Application form, noting the Form Confirmation Number that appears when the application is completed. (You'll include that number on the mailed check.)
  5. Mail the $200 Application Fee, with the Form Confirmation Number on the check, to UF Innovate | The Hub, 747 SW 2nd Avenue | IMB #47, P.O. Box 115600, Gainesville, FL 32601.

We will review your application within two work weeks.
